Jill & Pat’s coffee table album arrived this week and it looks stunning! We recently transitioned to a new album company and are very excited about the gorgeous leather and fabric cover materials now available to all of our clients.

Photographers are typically a very detailed oriented, perfectionist crowd. And not always the easiest people to please But I am very impressed with the craftsmanship and detail that goes into making these fine art wedding albums.

Here are some of the details I’m most excited about.

• Gorgeous cover materials!  The leathers have a rich, supple, elegant look and feel.  The Japanese silk fabrics will make you want to lean over and smack your momma AND your interior designer!
• White mounting core.  Say what?  When making these albums each print is mounted onto a mounting board so when you turn the pages they will be hard, unbending pages (vs. thin magazine style).  Many album companies use black mounting material.  So when you look at the album from the side you see lines of black core on the sides of the pages.  Not that big of a deal but once you see the clean, white seamless sides it gives a more cohesive, uninterrupted feel to the album aesthetic.
• Album prints are printed on professional Fuji paper at one of the best labs in the country!  These luster prints have rich, accurate color and a native clarity that really catches your eye.
• Modern, clean fonts for name imprinting
• Impressive packaging materials!  Albums are delivered in handmade, soft cloth bags and ribbon which sits inside a glossy, white box to boot.
